Finally submitted something...^^;
OK...yeah weird character, but I like the way it turned out! Yes, he has snakes for arms and is covered in scales...so what? *Colored with colored pencils! Yay! :D * A character in a story Im developing...I just dont have a name. Oh well. And I didnt know what color his pants should be, so I left them white. All in all, he turned out as I wanted.

Constructive critisism:
Excuse this but I had to say it.
A. If hes supposed to be sinister, he isnt really.
B. I think it would be a bit cooler if his snakes' mouths were open and maybe had eyes.
C. If hes wearing those clothes to blend in he should have a hat with a wider brim, his collar should be up to avoid showing his green skin, he , maybe he should have a trenchcoat and not a jacket, and he should have sleeves to cover the snakes up.

OK, now that I said that I hope that you are not offended, or anything, I just had to say that.
Name could be Nyoka, an African name meaning snake.

P.S. I LOVE COLORED PENCILS!!!

Yeh colored pencils! Ok, lets see...
A. Hes not really supposed to be sinister
B. Yeh, Ill draw a pic with the mouths open, but I really didnt want the snakes to have eyes (theyre his arms-he controls them)
C. Yeh, when I draw him again Ill change the outfit

no story yet...actually goin to try making a manga and hes in it. ^^;

Looks like a yuan-ti (snake people in dungeons and dragons). The snake-arms are a interesting touch-nice piece here.
